Rated to last 50 years, they are attached to top grade hand selected 2x4 wall studs. Some builders skimp and use lower quality or lighter duty 2x3 lumber that make the walls less sturdy. Our exterior panels are impregnated with special waxes and resins so they never absorb water, won’t rot, and are treated with zinc borate to repel termites and insects… unlike the basic T1-11 siding many other builders use, which is prone to absorb water, swell up, dry out, and breakdown if not painted every 1-3 years. - 25 YEAR TRIM - You get maintenance free PVC trim designed to last 25+ years in harsh elements. It’s UV stable. It doesn’t require paint. It’s elevated on solid 4 inch thick concrete blocks to help with airflow and moisture management to further extend the expected lifespan of your shed base. Your shed’s flooring is a full 3/4” thick, and it’s weather resistant… so you can bring in your wet snow blower or equipment without worrying about the floor warping or buckling if it gets wet.
