The Grand Estate Pavilions are available in both wood and vinyl and come with free spans up to 24’ wide. This Pavilion comes in vinyl with 8 x 8 posts and curved braces. The headers are made of laminated 2 x 6 boards that are highlighted by a 2 x 8 facia board. The roof comes with a 7/12 pitch, it’s built with 2 x 10 rafters, 1 x 6 tongue and groove roof decking, and it is covered with architectural asphalt shingles. These are highly customizable depending on style, material, and size. These come in kits and this price does not include installation but the service is available. We have a 10 year warranty.
